Its best-in-class line-up includes routers, switches, network management software, network security products and software-defined networking technology. Beginning with networking products used by ISPs, Juniper expanded its products and services portfolio with a vast array of offerings in the routing, switching, security, software and WLAN technology markets. Today, Juniper is the world’s third largest market-share holder for routers and switches used by ISPs, the fourth largest for edge routers and the second largest for core routers. It is also the world’s second largest market share holder for firewall products with a dominant 25% share of the market. Juniper has over 100 offices in 47 Countries and generates close to $4.5 billion in annual revenues.

REQUIREMENT

The company targeted installed base sales acceleration and lead generation across three overall segments from a marketing point of view – Enterprise/ Key Account Management, Commercial and Small and Medium Business.

RESULT

StratAgile with its extensive experience in the Campaigns segment and lead gen became a logical and natural choice to execute the plan. With objectives clearly outlined, StratAgile kicked off the demand generation campaigns followed by a series of email triggers and score-based telemarketing. The campaigns were run for 5 nations with upgrade and reactivation in focus. And with the same arriving at their logical conclusion, 10-15% of upgrades were registered across the countries and 5-8% of reactivation requests streaming in.
