The company targeted installed base sales acceleration and lead generation across three overall segments from a marketing point of view – Enterprise/ Key Account Management, Commercial and Small and Medium Business.
StratAgile with its extensive experience in the Campaigns segment and lead gen became a logical and natural choice to execute the plan. With objectives clearly outlined, StratAgile kicked off the demand generation campaigns followed by a series of email triggers and score-based telemarketing. The campaigns were run for 5 nations with upgrade and reactivation in focus. And with the same arriving at their logical conclusion, 10-15% of upgrades were registered across the countries and 5-8% of reactivation requests streaming in.
